Terms of Service

This page will contain the full terms of service governing use of the Cairn platform, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution. The acceptable use rules below apply now to everyone who visits cairnsafe.com or uses the Cairn platform, its API, or its MCP server.

Acceptable use

You may not, and may not help or allow anyone else to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise collect content, data, or answers from the site or the platform by automated means. Search engines may index public pages as our robots.txt allows.
  • Use the site, the platform, its answers, or any content or data from them to build, train, fine-tune, evaluate, or distill an artificial intelligence or machine learning model, or to build a competing product or dataset.
  • Copy, download, store, or resell content or answers in bulk, beyond what you need for your own compliance work.
  • Get around rate limits, usage quotas, access controls, or the number of seats in your plan, including by sharing accounts or creating extra accounts.
