- Professional and Enterprise prices depend on seat count, query volume, and procurement terms, so we quote each one. Send your details and sales replies within 24 hours.
- Can I pay by credit card?
- No. Cairn is sold by annual contract and billed by invoice, with Net-30 as the standard terms and Net-60 for Fortune 1000 companies. We do not offer month-to-month plans or self-serve checkout.
- How are queries counted?
- A query is one question and its cited answer, meaning the question you ask plus Cairn's reply. Follow-up questions in the same chat each count as one.
- What if we go over the query limit?
- Queries pause once you reach your monthly allowance. Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) watches usage and reaches out about a tier change before you get there. Talk to us early if you expect a heavy month.
- Can we trial Cairn before committing?
- Yes. After the demo, qualified accounts get a 14-day pilot with their real NAICS context and a sales engineer on call. No credit card is needed.
- What about data privacy?
